Cash on Delivery option is not available on the checkout form. Is something wrong?
Cash on Delivery option is currently available for select pin-codes only. That is, only for the New Delhi-NCR region.

My order has not been delivered yet! What do I do?
Orders that are processed via online payment gateways or with the Cash on Delivery option – and are placed on any day of a week (except Sunday) – are ready for shipping on the following week’s first working day. Orders placed on a Sunday are not processed in the same week, but in the next week.
Transit time within New Delhi / NCR is about 2-3 business days, for metros 5 business days and for rest of India 7-10 business days.
Orders that are on offline mode will only be processed for shipping once the payment is realized in our accounts, and thus will be ready for shipment on the first working day of the week after the week in which the payment is realized.
